15 lbs is awesome! It feels So good, doesn't it. When we work hard, anything (to a point, lol) is possible!

If you need support, you are more than welcome to join my board, The Coffee House. We have a health and wellness section. (It's not used very much but when someone posts, they will get a reply.)

Thank you SO much for your comment about my new, healthy body. It's been a lot of work but I've enjoyed almost every step. I still have a little way to go but I do remember to stop and enjoy this new feeling.
